Outstanding
inverted microscopes for routine laboratory use, the TS100 (binocular
model) and TS100F (trinocular model), incorporate Nikon's famous CFI60
infinity optical system offering superb imaging with high numerical apertures
and long working distances.
Ideal for applications such as tissue culture, plaque measurement and
blood typing, the new microscopes will be welcome additions to any life
sciences laboratory. Used in combination with Narishige manipulators,
also available from Nikon, these microscopes can be used for a range of
micromanipulation techniques necessary for cyto engineering, developmental
and genetic engineering, electro physiology, pharmacology and neurochemistry.
We are pleased to introduce new Eclipse TS100/TS100F main body with a
more sophisticated stage.
The new stage can accept two types of acrylic rings, which come with
the main body of TS100/TS100-F as standard accessories. With these rings,
you can place a specimen more stably on the stage eliminating the risk
that the specimen drops from the hole of the stage by mistake. Also, since
both of stage rings are transparent, they enable you to check which objective
lens is being used easily. Moreover, when the ring with the semicircular
hole is chosen, it facilitates observation of the specimen in a chamber
since it prevents the objective lens from striking the ring during magnification
changes. As an option, a glass stage is also available, which minimizes
the possibility of thermal deformation.
