At Microscope Service and Sales we can service your microscope, investigate problems and carry out repairs either at our workshop or at your site, whichever you prefer. We can also provide calibration of your instrument either at the same time it is serviced or at any other time required.
Our staff are all experienced, qualified as well as DBS checked and cleared.
In addition to providing quotes any time you need your microscopes serviced we also offer a number of different service contracts.
Bronze Level Service:
Bronze level service provides for an annual preventative maintenance.
The service includes dismantling, cleaning and aligning of optics as necessary to optimise performance in accordance with our standard operation procedures for engineers. Faults will be reported and prices authorised before repair work commences.
Additional equipment, spare parts and all repairs will be charged extra.
Silver Level Service:
Silver level service provides for an annual preventative maintenance.
The service includes dismantling, cleaning, lubricating and assembling of mechanical parts and cleaning and aligning of optics as necessary to optimise performance in accordance with our standard operation procedures for engineers.
Minor repairs are included and should your microscope need attention mid-year there is no additional call out charge. Additional equipment, spare parts and major repairs will be charged extra.
Gold Level Service:
Gold level service provides for an annual preventative maintenance and unlimited repairs and engineer visits.
The service includes dismantling, cleaning, lubricating and assembling of mechanical parts and cleaning and aligning of optics as necessary to optimise performance in accordance with our standard operation procedures for engineers.
Spares parts fitted are chargeable.
Platinum Level Service:
Platinum level service is a fully comprehensive cover provides annual preventative maintenance and unlimited repairs, including the supply of all spare parts.
The service includes dismantling, cleaning, lubricating and assembling of mechanical parts and cleaning and aligning of optics as necessary to optimise performance in accordance with our standard operation procedures for engineers.
